From idea to shelf
Vetted supplier network
IS THIS YOU?
You need to find and vet a reliable supplier for a physical product.
Suppliers are hard to trust. Samples take forever. Margins are thin. You need a partner who runs the whole sourcing process, not just one quote.
You want to build a private-label brand, from first sample to shelf.
Whether you’re starting from zero or moving from reselling to private label, we research, source, brand and package it, and set it up to launch from day one.

How we choose a factory
The cheapest quote is rarely the cheapest factory.
Before any deposit, every factory goes through the same three steps. The one that wins is the one with the lowest real cost and nothing to hide.
- 1
Find
A long list from marketplaces, trade fairs and referrals, then the same written request for quote to every candidate.
- 2
Check
Paid samples, a live video tour of the line, the business licence and test reports. Any red flag on payment or identity is an instant no.
- 3
Score
Nine criteria, five points each, starting with the landed cost per unit in Canada, not the quoted price.

Product ideas · Scored on real data
Before you source it, score it.
We take a product idea, run it through real Amazon demand, competition, margin and sourcing data, and give it a verdict out of 45. Read the analysis, or take the full report as a free PDF.
How we score out of 45
A deal-breaker, such as a market too small to pay back a launch, means NO-GO at any score.
Collapsible Silicone Food Containers: too good to fail?
Shipping, reviews and paperwork all look easy. But all 96 first-page US listings share $168K a month, so even the #1 seller makes only $22K.
Food Squishies: a passing fad, or a brand worth building?
Mystery boxes and multi-packs are driving a new wave of food-shaped squeeze toys. The demand is real; the question is whether it lasts.
Sourcing and launch questions, answered.
What is private label sourcing?
Manufacturing an existing product type under your own brand rather than reselling someone else’s. You control branding, packaging and margin, and you carry the inventory risk.
What is a go or no-go product score?
A scoring system we run before money is committed: demand, competition, margin after all fees, sourcing complexity and risk. A product either clears the bar or it does not.
How do you vet a supplier?
Verification of the factory and its trade history, samples before any bulk order, quality and compliance checks for the destination market, and clear terms on tooling, minimum order quantities and lead times.
Which countries do you source from?
Across more than ten sourcing destinations. The right origin depends on the product category, certification requirements, unit economics and how fast you need to restock.
What is a minimum order quantity?
The smallest run a factory will produce. It sets your first cheque and much of your risk, which is why we negotiate it and model the landed cost before committing.
How long does sourcing and manufacturing take?
Longer than most first-time sellers expect. Sampling, production and freight each take time, and shipping method changes the timeline significantly.
Who handles shipping, duties and customs?
We coordinate freight and customs clearance with the forwarder and make the landed cost visible up front, so duty and shipping are in the margin calculation rather than a surprise later.
What about product compliance and certification?
Requirements depend on category and destination market. Compliance is checked before production, because a non-compliant shipment can be refused at the border or pulled from a marketplace.
Do you handle packaging and brand design?
Yes. Packaging is part of the product decision, not decoration. It affects unit cost, shipping damage rates and how the item performs against competitors on a listing page.
What does a first order typically involve?
Product selection and scoring, supplier shortlisting, samples, negotiation, a production run, inspection, freight and then the listing or storefront it lands on.
Who owns the supplier relationship?
You do. Contacts, terms and agreements are in your name, so the relationship does not depend on us continuing to work together.
What are the main risks?
Choosing a product without real demand, underestimating landed cost, quality problems found after production, and tying up cash in stock that sells slowly. Scoring products first is what reduces them.
GOOD TO KNOW
Before you book a call.
Do you help me find suppliers?
Yes. We source and vet suppliers that match your product, quality standards and budget, and manage negotiation and samples.
Can you create a private-label brand, not just find a product?
Yes. We build your own branded product with packaging and design, so you own the brand — not a generic item.
Do we own the accounts?
Yes. The brand, the trademark, the supplier relationship and the seller accounts are all yours and set up in your name. We work inside them with the access you give us, and everything stays with you if we stop working together.
What does this cost?
No fixed packages. Every engagement starts with a 15-minute strategy call and a tailored proposal.
