You control AI. Don’t let AI control you.

Most people ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini the big questions. What should my business do? Which product should I sell?

AI answers fast and sounds sure. So you follow it. That is the moment AI takes control.

Two ways to use AI: a robot pulling a person on a leash, and a big job broken into small tasks with people deciding

Do the opposite: cut the work into small tasks

Smart owners use AI differently. They take one job and cut it into small, simple tasks. AI does the simple ones. People keep the important ones.

One job broken into 1,000 small tasks: 900 simple tasks done by AI and 100 decisions made by people

A simple example

Say a job takes 10 people. Cut it into 1,000 small tasks. AI can do about 900 of them: drafts, sorting, summaries, follow-ups. The other 100 need a person: approve, change, say no. Now 2 people do the work of 10.

The rule

Small tasks to AI. Big decisions to you. If you can check it in a minute, give it to AI. If it affects your money, your customers or your direction, decide it yourself.

Quick questions

Will AI replace my team?

It takes over tasks, not decisions. Your team gets more done.

Where do I start?

With the tasks you repeat every week: emails, reports, summaries.

ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

Any of them works for small tasks. How you split the work matters more.
