Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information you provide:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, what you are most interested in, where your business is right now, your message, and whether you want our newsletter.
  • Strategy-call request: your name, email address, what you are most interested in, where your business is right now, an optional note, which of us you want to speak with, and whether you want our newsletter. You then choose a time in our booking tool (Cal.com), which records the time and any details you enter there.
  • Guide downloads: your first name, email address, the guide you requested, the page you requested it from, and whether you want our newsletter.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address and what you are most interested in.
  • Instagram and Facebook lead forms: if you fill in a form in one of our ads, Meta sends us your name, email address and phone number, plus your answers (your field, where you are with a product idea, and whether you want our emails). We use these to book and prepare your call, and we only add you to our newsletter if you answered yes.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

How we use your information

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage calls and appointments.
  • Send the newsletter and related emails only if you sign up or tick the newsletter box. Asking a question, requesting a call or downloading a guide does not add you to it. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
  • Use what you tell us about your interests and your business to reply to you, to prepare for a call and to make our emails relevant.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Measure and understand how the Site is used, including through analytics and advertising tools.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. We may also use analytics and advertising services such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising. These services may set their own cookies and collect information about your activity across websites.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
