Shopify, WooCommerce and Klaviyo connected to an online store and email flow

IS THIS YOU?

You need a Shopify store built or rebuilt to actually convert.

Your store is slow, off-brand or hard to buy from. It needs to be rebuilt to convert, on Shopify done right.

Your store works, but your email, SMS and follow-up are still manual.

Carts get abandoned and customers don’t come back. We connect the email, SMS and CRM flows that recover and repeat-sell automatically.

  3. 3Monthly Growth

We run it as your team, every month, with a report you can actually read.

E-commerce and automation questions, answered.

What does ecommerce website development include?

Building the store itself: architecture, theme, product and collection structure, checkout and payments, plus the analytics and tracking underneath. Built for conversion, not just appearance.

Are you a Klaviyo agency?

Yes. We set up and run Klaviyo for stores: the welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows, the campaigns, and the reporting that shows what each flow earns.

What is marketing automation in e-commerce?

Messages that send themselves based on what a customer does: a welcome series after someone subscribes, a reminder when a cart is abandoned, a win-back when a customer goes quiet. Built once, then working continuously.

Do you recommend Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify and Shopify Plus most often, and WooCommerce or WordPress where that suits the business better. We recommend based on catalogue size, operations and budget rather than preference. Our Shopify vs WooCommerce guide sets out the trade-offs.

Do you build new stores or improve existing ones?

Both. Some clients need a store built from nothing. Others have one that gets traffic but does not convert, where the work is diagnosis and rebuilding the weak parts.

What actually makes a store convert better?

Clear product pages, fast loading, a checkout with no surprises, and search and navigation that let people find things. Most stores lose more customers to friction than to price.

Which email and SMS platforms do you work with?

Primarily Klaviyo, and also Mailchimp, Omnisend and HubSpot depending on what you already run. We work with your existing stack where it makes sense rather than forcing a migration.

Which automation flows should be built first?

Welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase. They cover the moments where buying intent is clearest and usually pay for the rest of the work.

How long does a store build take?

A focused build runs several weeks. Timelines stretch when product data, photography or content are not ready, which is usually the real constraint rather than the build itself.

Can you migrate from another platform?

Yes. Products, customers, orders and URLs carry over, with redirects in place so existing search rankings are not lost in the move.

Do you handle content and product photography?

We handle the structure, copy and layout. Photography is usually produced by you or a specialist, and we tell you exactly what is needed and at what specification.

Who owns the store and the accounts?

You do. Everything is built in accounts you own. If we stop working together, nothing has to be rebuilt or transferred.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Conversion rate, revenue per visitor, repeat purchase rate and the revenue attributable to automated flows. Traffic on its own is not a result.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you book a call.

Which platforms do you build on?

Shopify mainly, including Shopify Plus for larger catalogs. We also build on WooCommerce and WordPress when that fits better.

Which automation tools do you use?

Klaviyo is our main platform. We also work in Mailchimp, Omnisend and HubSpot, depending on what you already run.

Do we own the accounts?

Yes. Everything is built inside your own Shopify and Klaviyo accounts, not ours.

What does this cost?

No fixed packages. Every engagement starts with a 15-minute strategy call and a tailored proposal.
