THE WORK
Everything you need to grow,
we do it all, or just the parts you need.

Conversion & store optimization
We sharpen your store and product pages so more of your existing traffic converts into paying customers.

Ads & retention growth
Better Meta and Google ads plus Klaviyo email and SMS flows, so you get more sales and repeat customers from every visitor.

Amazon (FBA) & Walmart
We put your products on Amazon and Walmart — including Amazon FBA — with brand setup, optimized listings and PPC that drive real sales.

TikTok Shop & social selling
We open TikTok Shop and social commerce channels, so your brand sells where your customers already scroll.

New marketplace channels
Faire for wholesale and other marketplaces that fit your products — each one a new stream of revenue.

Ongoing growth & management
We manage and scale your channels every month, so more of them compound into steady, growing revenue.
MORE CHANNELS, MORE REVENUE
Growth means more from each visitor — and more channels.
Real growth comes from two moves at once: getting more revenue from the traffic and store you already have, and adding new channels like Amazon, Walmart, Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop and Faire. We run both together as one system, so your revenue expands instead of plateauing. Want to run Amazon FBA yourself? Our 1-on-1 Amazon FBA mentorship can teach you A to Z.
How we work
Setup, then optimization, then growth.
1Setup
We audit your store and channels, then optimize and expand them for more revenue — with you at every step.
2Optimization
We launch, watch the real numbers, and improve what works — listings, ads, pricing and more.
3Monthly Growth
We keep operating alongside you as you grow — and teach you to run it yourself.

Product ideas · Scored on real data
Before you source it, score it.
We take a product idea, run it through real Amazon demand, competition, margin and sourcing data, and give it a verdict out of 45. Read the analysis, or take the full report as a free PDF.
How we score out of 45
A deal-breaker, such as a market too small to pay back a launch, means NO-GO at any score.
Collapsible Silicone Food Containers: too good to fail?
Shipping, reviews and paperwork all look easy. But all 96 first-page US listings share $168K a month, so even the #1 seller makes only $22K.
Food Squishies: a passing fad, or a brand worth building?
Mystery boxes and multi-packs are driving a new wave of food-shaped squeeze toys. The demand is real; the question is whether it lasts.
Growth questions, answered.
Why do e-commerce brands stop growing?
Usually one constraint: a single traffic source that has become expensive, a conversion rate that caps what traffic can do, or customers who never buy a second time. Finding which one it is matters more than doing more of everything.
What is a conversion rate, and what is a good one?
The share of visitors who buy. A good rate depends on category, price point and traffic source, so it is judged against your own history and your margin rather than a published average.
What is retention, and why does it matter?
Getting existing customers to buy again. It costs far less than acquiring new ones, and for a brand that already sells it is usually the cheapest growth available.
What is customer acquisition cost?
What you spend to win one new customer. Compared against what that customer is worth over time, it tells you whether growth is profitable or just expensive.
Should we spend on ads or retention first?
If people buy once and never return, more ads make the leak bigger. Retention usually comes first, because it raises what you can afford to pay for a customer.
How many sales channels should we run?
As many as you can run properly. A well-run store plus Amazon usually beats a thin presence across five platforms. We add channels once the current ones are working.
What is average order value, and how do we raise it?
What a typical order is worth. It rises through bundling, thresholds, and better product recommendations, and it is often faster to improve than traffic.
How do we know which channel is actually profitable?
By tracking revenue and cost per channel through to margin, not by looking at platform-reported numbers in isolation. Ad platforms tend to claim the same sale.
What data do you need to see first?
Store analytics, advertising accounts and order history. The first job is diagnosis, and none of it is guesswork if the data is there.
How long before we see results?
Conversion and retention work can show quickly. Channel expansion and organic growth take longer. We separate the two so expectations match the work.
Do you work with our existing team?
Yes. Often the internal team knows the business better than any outside party. We usually add capability in specific areas rather than replace anyone.
What if we already work with an agency?
That is common. We are direct about where we would add something they are not doing, and equally direct if the honest answer is that you do not need us.
GOOD TO KNOW
Before you book a call.
My store already sells — what can you improve?
Two things: we grow revenue from your existing store (conversion, ads, retention) and add new channels like Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop to reach more buyers.
Do you handle Amazon and Walmart, including FBA?
Yes. We set up and grow your brand on Amazon (including FBA) and Walmart — listings, brand registry and PPC. Prefer to learn it yourself? We also offer 1-on-1 Amazon FBA mentorship.
Do I have to switch platforms?
No. We build on your existing store and add channels on top of it — no rebuild required.
What does this cost?
No fixed packages. Every engagement starts with a 15-minute strategy call and a tailored proposal.
